THE FOUNDER
Ciao! I'm Michele
I grew up among Tuscany's finest wineries, like Felsina. Trained as a graphic & product designer, I spent 14 years at Apple learning that excellence is built in invisible details the same philosophy I brought to Epoch after studying oenology.
Why Epoch Exists
Every bottle is a time capsule of a vintage. I gave that story a physical archive: the historical context, the producers, the year that made that wine unique.
